Return and Refund Policy

EVGYGLOW is operated by EVAN SCHNEIDER GY INC. This policy applies to purchases made through evgyglow.com.

30-day return window

We accept eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. We accept returns for both non-defective items and items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Condition requirements

Returned products must be new, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in resalable condition, with original packaging, tags, and included accessories where applicable. Items showing wear, use, damage after delivery, alteration, missing components, or an odor may be refused.

How to request a return

Email service@evgyglow.com before mailing anything. Include your order number, the item(s), reason for return, and clear photographs for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Do not mail a return until we provide written instructions and the return address.

Return method and shipping costs

Returns are accepted by mail only. We do not offer in-store returns, drop-off returns, or product exchanges. The customer is responsible for the return label and return shipping cost, including change-of-mind returns. If we confirm that an item was defective, damaged, or incorrect before or during delivery, we will provide the appropriate resolution and, when a physical return is required, instructions for the applicable return cost.

Refunds

We do not charge a restocking fee. After the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Non-returnable or excluded items

Items outside the 30-day window, worn or used items, items without required packaging or accessories, and items not approved in advance may not be eligible. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
