Shipping Policy

EVGYGLOW is operated by EVAN SCHNEIDER GY INC. We currently ship to customers in the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or military addresses.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed by 6:00 PM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles) are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Transit and delivery estimates

After processing, standard transit time is generally 2–5 business days Monday through Friday. The estimated total delivery time is therefore 3–8 business days from order placement, depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high order volume, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control can cause delays. Tracking information is sent when the order ships.

Shipping rates

  • Orders of US$100.00 or more: free standard shipping.
  • Orders under US$100.00: US$10.00 flat-rate standard shipping.

Available services, rates, and the delivery address eligibility are shown at checkout before payment is submitted. Orders are charged in U.S. dollars.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please review your shipping address before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address is incorrect; we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after processing begins. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, building reception, and the carrier first, then contact us.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the issue and provide instructions under our Return and Refund Policy.

Fulfillment and contact

Orders are packed and shipped with the support of third-party logistics and fulfillment partners in the United States. EVGYGLOW remains responsible for customer service and order support.
