These Terms of Service govern your use of evgyglow.com and purchases from EVGYGLOW, operated by EVAN SCHNEIDER GY INC.

Business and service area

EVGYGLOW sells fashion jewelry and related accessories online to customers in the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or military addresses.

Products, prices, and orders

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, materials, colors, dimensions, images, availability, and prices. Product appearance can vary by lighting and screen settings. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct errors or cancel an order affected by an obvious error, payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory limitation, or shipping restriction; any amount paid for a canceled order is refunded to the original payment method.

Payment and checkout

Payment must be authorized at checkout before an order can be processed. Payment information is handled by Shopify and applicable payment providers; EVGYGLOW does not store complete payment card numbers.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed in 1–3 business days and travel in 2–5 business days. Orders of US$100 or more receive free standard shipping; orders under US$100 have a US$10 standard shipping charge. See our Shipping Policy for cutoff times, exclusions, and delivery details.

Returns and refunds

Eligible new and unused products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. We do not offer exchanges. See our Return and Refund Policy for condition, mailing, costs, and refund timing.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not use the site for unlawful activity, interfere with its operation, submit misleading information, or infringe another person’s rights. Website text, graphics, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to EVGYGLOW unless stated otherwise.

Disclaimers and liability

Delivery estimates and product availability are not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EVGYGLOW and EVAN SCHNEIDER GY INC are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
